Hotel rates in Lekki and VI jump 40 to 60% — a $150 room becomes $240 minimum. Uber surge holds at 2.5x most evenings. Restaurants like RSVP, Sao Cafe and Ilona need reservations 10 days ahead.
How to book it
Hotel: book by September or accept the leftovers. Landmark Beach: buy day passes in advance through their app. Concerts: check Eventbrite and TicketNG in October — the marquee shows sell out in hours. Clubs: table service is the only reliable way in at Quilox and Vellvett, starting around $600 for a night with bottles. If you’re not spending, arrive by 10pm on weeknights, not weekends.
