Best Serviced Apartments in Lekki for Long Stays
Serviced apartment kitchen and living room in Lekki
Eight serviced-apartment operators in Lekki that make sense for stays of two weeks or more — with the trade-offs you don’t see on the listing photos.
The reliable operators
Ekhaya Serviced Apartments in Osapa London and Ikate is the largest branded operator in Lekki, with 24-hour security, cleaning three times a week, and generators that actually run. Rates from ₦180,000 a night for a one-bedroom. Landmark Apartments next to the beach club works well for stays under a month. Bon Hotel branches offer studio-style suites with kitchenettes that fill the gap between hotel and apartment.
Off-brand but well-run: Cranberry Suites in Lekki Phase 1, 4 Points Apartments in Ikate, and the Oakwood-managed properties in Victoria Island. All three run monthly discounts of 20-30% for stays over 28 days. For genuine month-plus corporate stays, Fraser Suites in Ikoyi is the closest thing to a Western serviced-apartment standard, though the commute into Lekki proper is 20-40 minutes.
The Airbnb question
Lekki has thousands of Airbnb listings, roughly half of which are professionally managed short-let apartments and half of which are individual owners. For under two weeks, Airbnb is often cheaper and offers better locations inside estates. For over a month, a formal serviced apartment is usually better value — utilities, diesel, and cleaning are bundled, and you have a front desk when the water pump fails at 11pm.
Estate access matters. Some Lekki Phase 1 and Ikate estates now require registered residents for entry, which complicates short-lets. Confirm before booking that guests can enter without a resident escort — some listings will silently require you to WhatsApp the owner for entry every time you come home.
Before you book
What people ask before booking Lekki Phase 1.
Three to seven nights at branded operators; one night at Airbnb-style short-lets. Monthly rates typically require a 28-night booking paid upfront.
At branded serviced apartments, yes — including diesel for generators. At Airbnb short-lets, check the listing; some pass through diesel costs if grid supply drops significantly.
