Osapa in context
Osapa London sits between Agungi and Jakande, one stop east of Chevron on the expressway. Despite the name, there is nothing especially British about it — it was branded that way by an early developer. The area is a mix of gated estates and small serviced-apartment blocks, and it has quietly become one of the most popular expat pockets on the peninsula thanks to slightly better roads than Agungi and closer proximity to Circle Mall.
It suits mid-length stays, remote workers, and travellers who want a modern apartment without paying Phase 1 prices. It does not suit anyone chasing nightlife or heritage — Osapa's interior is quiet by 10pm and there are no cultural sites.
Prices and walkability
One-bed serviced apartments run ₦50,000-85,000, two-beds ₦90,000-130,000. That undercuts Phase 1 by 30-40% for similar finishing. A handful of boutique guesthouses on Kusenla Extension push into the ₦100,000-140,000 range with pools.
You can walk to a couple of supermarkets, a Cold Stone, and the expressway service road with its Bolt-hailing chaos. Landmark Beach is a 10-minute Bolt (₦2,500-3,500). Circle Mall is 15 minutes without traffic. The Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge is 20-35 minutes depending on how the expressway is running.
